Terms and Conditions

  1. Fares quoted are not including taxes. The total fare will be displayed once a schedule is booked and confirmed.
  2.  Seats are only guaranteed at time of purchase.
  3. EpicRides is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
  4.  Tickets and Seasons Passes are non-transferable, name changes are not allowed. If presented for transportation by any person other than the one for whom originally purchased, Tickets and/or Seasons Pass will be voided, confiscated by an EpicRides driver or employee and a refund will not apply.
  5.  Tickets cancelled outside of 48 hours are subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee per ticket. Tickets cancelled less than 48 hours to the original outbound departure date will be non-refundable.
  6. Changes to reservation dates are permitted 24 hours in advance by emailing Epic Rides to advise of the changes.Account holders can log in to their account and make changes for free, a minimum of 18 hours in advance of their departure.

    Non account holders must call the office a minimum of 24 hours in advance to request a change. Each change costs $10 per change, per ticket.

  7. Changes within 24 hours are not permitted.
  8. Changes to reservations are permitted 24 hours in advance by logging into your account and making the change yourself.
  9. Season’s Pass holders who cancel their trip 24 hours before the originally scheduled departure time will not incur any penalty.
  10. Season’s pass holders who cancel their trip 3 times within 12 hours of the scheduled departure date or do not show up 3 or more times will be subject to a $50.00 fee plus $5.00 administrative fee.
  11. If a Season’s pass is used by any person other than the registered owner the season’s pass will be cancelled and no refund or exchange will be given.
  12. Season’s passes are ineligible for full or partial refunds
  13. Credits: Tickets must be cancelled 24 hours prior to your original departure date/time to qualify for a credit. Credits are non refundable and non transferable – name changes are not permitted. Re-routes and extensions are not allowed. Credits will expire at the end of the season it was purchased on. Please contact our office to use your credits at 604.349.1234
  14.  Epic Rides is not responsible for damaged personal items, lost or stolen goods.
  15. All property is stored on the bus at your own risk. All passengers will be responsible for their own baggage and are required to observe their baggage at all stops. Epic Rides waives all responsibility for damage, breakage, deterioration, delay and/or loss of any article or baggage. Epic Rides does not accept any liability for property that has been left at a stop, in or on the bus
  16. Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited. Epic Rides reserves the right to refuse passengers boarding who are under the influence of drugs, alcohol and/or whose behavior is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the other passenger(s) or the vehicle.
  17. Schedule subject to change without notice.
  18. Epic Rides will not be responsible for delays or road closure caused by breakdowns, road conditions, weather, or other conditions beyond our control. Refunds will not be granted for these circumstances. EpicRides is not legally responsible to provide lodging, alternative means of transport, compensations or other expenses.
  19. For groups of 8 or more, please check our website for cancellation, changes and credits policy.
  20. One way tickets can not be converted to a Round Trip and vice versa.
  21. Reselling tickets is not permitted
  22. Tips are non refundable within 48 hours prior to original departure date.
