MULTI PASS TERMS & CONDITIONS

YOU MUST READ AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE PURCHASING A MULTI PASS.

All reservations, changes, and cancellations for trips booked using a Multi Pass must be completed online through your EpicRides account. Our phone personnel cannot make bookings, changes, or cancellations on your behalf.

PASS OWNERSHIP & USE

• A Multi Pass may only be used by the account holder. Each passenger must create their own account and purchase their own Multi Pass.
• Multi Passes cannot be shared or transferred between passengers. Any violation may result in the entire Multi Pass being cancelled without refund.
• Name changes are not permitted. Your account must be registered using your legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID.
• Multi Passes do not expire and can only be viewed and managed through the account holder’s online account.

ONE-WAY & ROUND-TRIP PASSES

• A One-Way Multi Pass can only be used to book a one-way ticket.
• A Round-Trip Multi Pass can only be used to book a round-trip ticket.
• A round-trip booking cannot be converted to a one-way booking, and a one-way booking cannot be converted to a round-trip booking.
• Daily Usage Limit: A Multi Pass may only be used once per day in each direction. With a Round-Trip Multi Pass, you can book one Vancouver-to-Whistler trip and one Whistler-to-Vancouver trip on the same day.

MAKING A RESERVATION

• When making a reservation, please ensure you have only one booking in your cart at a time.
• Multi Pass holders must accept the EpicRides Terms & Conditions as well when making a reservation.
• If you purchase a regular ticket without using your Multi Pass, EpicRides cannot refund the ticket or deduct the trip from your Multi Pass afterward. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure the Multi Pass is being used when completing the booking.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

• Date/time changes must be completed through your online account and can be made free of charge up to 8 hours before the scheduled departure time.
• Cancellations must be completed through your online account at least 16 hours before the scheduled departure time. When an eligible reservation is cancelled, the ticket will automatically be credited back to your Multi Pass account.
• Multi Pass holders are not eligible for standby. You must change your reservation online to the date and departure time you wish to travel, subject to availability and the applicable 8-hour change requirement.

REFUNDS & NO-SHOWS

• Multi Passes are 100% non-refundable once purchased. Partial refunds are not permitted. No exceptions.
• NO-SHOWS ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A CREDIT OR REFUND.

How to Book Using Your Multi Pass

1. Log in to your EpicRides account.
2. Click “Book Now.”
3. Select One-Way or Round-Trip. You must select the option that matches the type of Multi Pass you purchased:
   • One-Way Multi Pass: Select One-Way only.
   • Round-Trip Multi Pass: Select Round-Trip only.
   One-Way Multi Passes cannot be used to book round trips, and Round-Trip Multi Passes cannot be used to book one-way trips.
4. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner. Your name, phone number, and email address will automatically populate.
5. Select your travel date(s) and departure time(s).
6. Click “Proceed to Checkout.”
7. Review your reservation carefully to confirm the dates, times, direction, and passenger information are correct.
8. Click “Place Order” to complete your reservation.

An email confirmation will follow once your reservation has been successfully booked.

Date/Time Changes: Changes can be made online through your account up to 8 hours before your scheduled departure time, free of charge.

Please note: Multi Pass holders are not eligible for standby. You must travel on the date and departure time booked.
