MUST READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO PURCHASING A PASS
All reservations, changes and cancellations to trips booked using a multi pass must be done online. Our phone personnel cannot assist with this.
- NO-SHOWS ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A CREDIT OR REFUND.
- Multi-passes cannot be shared between passengers, violations will result in the entire pass being cancelled without refund.
- Multi-passes can only be used by the account holder, each user has to create their own account and purchase their own pass through their account.
- Name changes are not permitted, you must register by your legal name as it shows on your government issued ID.
- Date/Time Changes can only be made through your account. This can be done up to 8 hours before departure, free of charge.
- Cancellations can only be made through your account up to 16 hours before scheduled departure. When cancelling a ticket, the ticket will automatically be credited back to your account.
- One way Multi passes can only be used to book a one way ticket and Round Trip Multi pass can only be used to book a round trip ticket.
- A round trip cannot be converted to a one way or vice versa.
- Multi-passes are not eligible for partial or full refunds.
- Multi-passes can only be used once per day in each direction.
- Multi-passes do not expire and can only be viewed through the user’s account.
- When making a booking please insure only one booking in your cart at a time.
- Multi pass holders must accept EpicRides terms and conditions prior to booking
- If you purchase a ticket without using your pass, we cannot refund or deduct it from the multi pass wallet.
- Multi pass holders are not permitted to go on standby, they must change their ticket to the date and time they wish to board.
